A moving romantic comedy about George (a widowed novelist who is worried he'll never find love again) and Jennie (recently divorced). A spur of the moment phone call turns into a grudging five-minute meeting which blossoms into a passionate romance. Witty, sharp and sensitive, Chapter Two was nominated for the 1978 Tony Award for Best Play, and is considered one of Simon's finest works.
