Irving and Milly, married senior citizens, must leave their retirement home due to its abrupt closure. Also forced to leave is old Sylvia, a thoughtful yet somewhat senile woman who is mysteriously tangled into the lives of the couple. Amidst packing, reminiscing and a visit from Sylvia's estranged son, a dark, sordid, secret comes to light.
